After consultation and agreement, we can take care of creating, managing and updating your accommodation’s online presence, as well as registering it on accommodation booking platforms.

Maintenance and Renovation of Accommodation and Holiday Homes

Organization and execution of renovations

If you are planning to renovate your holiday home, we coordinate the work on your behalf: we liaise with contractors, schedule the tasks and monitor progress on site. This way, you do not need to travel to Lake Balaton every time.

Maintenance, Repairs and Garden Care

From minor repairs and regular maintenance to lawn mowing and garden upkeep, we make sure that your property and its surroundings are always ready to welcome guests.

Property Caretaking

Winterization, vacation home supervision
